We currently offer local hand-delivery throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

What days do you deliver? 

We deliver Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm. We provide same-day delivery for orders placed by 10 am.


Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes. You'll see this option when adding your flowers to your cart.


How will I know when my recipient has received their flowers?

We will notify you via email as soon as your bouquet has been delivered.


What happens if my recipient is not there to accept their delivery?

In the event the recipient is unavailable to accept their flowers, we will leave their bouquet at the specified delivery location or, if in the summer months, we will leave the gift with a neighboring home or office. In the event this happens we will notify you immediately so that you may inform your recipient.

Thank you for understanding that we cannot be held liable for theft or damage to the product after delivery should the specified recipient be unable to accept their item/s.

Do you have a phone number?

We are primarily an online, studio-based floral service and prefer to accept inquiries via our contact form or email as our studio hours can be a bit sporadic (and when we’re here, we’re busy putting your orders together!). We hope we’ve provided all the helpful information here on our site, but if we’ve missed something please don’t hesitate reaching out via our contact form or by emailing us at hi@sophiesflorals.com.

If you have a concern regarding a recent order, please call us at (602) 456-2429 and leave your name, the order number, and your phone number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a question not concerning a recent order, please reach out via the form above and we’ll get back to you within 48 business hours.


Can I choose the flowers for my bouquet?

Our bouquet designs change weekly, which means although we can’t guarantee specific flowers, we can guarantee your flowers will be of quality, value, and style. 

How do you package the flowers?

Our hand-tied bouquets come wrapped in waxed tissue paper and include a temporary water source to see them through a few hours (until they can be placed in a vase). We finish each bouquet with twine, our signature gold-foiled tag, and a hand-written note on our signature gold-foiled card should you choose to include one.

Our seasonal vase arrangements are designed in a complementary ceramic vessel and include the option of a hand-written note on one of our signature gold-foiled cards.

How do I care for my flowers?

If your flowers came in a temporary water source they’ll need to be transferred into fresh water as soon as possible according to the enclosed Care Instructions. From there:

1. Keep out of direct sunlight, a/c, and heat

2.  Change water daily

3.  Snip stem ends 1/2” at 45 degrees every few days

4.  Remove stems as they wilt to keep remaining flowers fresher, longer

*Flowers really hate heat. Keep your blooms out of a warm environment and in a cool location for longevity. We do not recommend placing your flowers in the refrigerator.


Can I include a note with my flowers?

Absolutely. We are happy to handwrite your sentiments on one of our beautiful signature gold-foiled note cards. Simply include your note in the provided box while ordering and we will place it in an envelope and attach it to your bouquet.


I want my flower delivery to be a surprise. Is this possible?

We love the excitement that comes with gifting and we work hard to ensure your recipient is always pleasantly surprised. We never provide the purchasing details, just the actual gift, so whether you choose to let them know is entirely up to you. 


Please don't include a receipt in my order! I'd like to keep my purchase total private.

Absolutely. Rest assured, we never include printed receipts with any of our orders. Your recipient will never see a price posted anywhere on their gift.


Do you offer returns?

We are committed to delivering quality flowers that are beautifully presented and will create an exciting and memorable experience. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied with a bouquet we've delivered, please contact us at hi@sophiesflorals.com so that we may have the opportunity to make it right.

Due to the nature of our inventory we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure you receive only the best product possible.
