Sophie’s Florals makes deliveries Monday - Friday between the hours of 11am - 5pm. We strategically map our deliveries and for this reason we do not assign specific delivery time slots and are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. If your recipient is unavailable to accept their delivery, we will use our best discretion to leave the flowers in a safe place and will notify you of this upon delivery. Once a delivery has been made, Sophie’s Florals no longer accepts responsibility for the product.

If for any reason the receiver rejects their flower order upon delivery, Sophie’s Florals cannot be held liable and will not provide a refund.

We will always do our very best to ensure an order is delivered. However, if an order is absolutely unable to be delivered because of incorrect address or delivery information provided by sender, Sophie’s Florals will not be held responsible for a second delivery attempt and will not provide a refund.


Due to the perishable nature of our product (flowers), we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary.


Sophie’s Florals offers weekly, biweekly and monthly subscriptions. We require a four delivery commitment for all subscriptions. Subscriptions are automatically charged according to the subscription plan; all charges automatically end after four deliveries have been fulfilled.

If a customer cancels their subscription before their four delivery commitment has been fulfilled, they will be billed the discount difference of 10% on each completed delivery as well as a $25.00 early cancellation fee. If you need to make a change to your subscription, please email us at hi@sophiesflorals.com. All changes to subscriptions need to be made at least 72 business hours in advance.

Return Policy

Sophie’s Florals is dedicated to creating a memorable and worry-free experience for both giver and receiver. If you receive flowers that are not up to our high standards, please email us at least three well-lit, detailed photos within 24 hours of delivery to hi@sophiesflorals.com. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period, nor will we refund or replace flowers due to improper care by the receiver within this timeframe.



We reserve the right to change or adjust items, prices or policies at any time, and without notice. Descriptive or typographical errors used to describe products, services, etc are subject to correction or modification. 



All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, photographs, illustrations, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, and the compilation (including the collection, selection, assembly and arrangement) of such materials is the property of Sophie’s Florals or its licensors or content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.
